Ottumwa Leadership Academy is excited to announce the addition of Taren Ferguson, O.L.A. Class of 2016 and Alex Morley, O.L.A. Class of 2017 to the Advisory Board.
Taren Ferguson is the Director of Administrative Services at Ottumwa Job Corps Center. Taren received a BA in Business Management from Central College and recently graduated with Masters of Business Administration (2018) at SNHU. Taren enjoys traveling, volunteering, being outdoors and spending time with family. She and her husband Matt reside in Ottumwa with their four daughters.
Alex Morley is a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones Investments based in Ottumwa. Alex graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BS in Economics. Alex is an active member of the Ottumwa Noon Lions, and in his free time enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family. He currently lives in Ottumwa with his fiancée Patricia Martin.
Taren shared: “The OLA provided me a wider scope of what is truly going on in Ottumwa. The program made me get out of my comfort zone and tested my abilities as a leader. I agreed to become a member of the advisory board because I want to see this program continue to succeed and grow. OLA was a valuable experience for me and I want to be a part of that for others to enjoy.
