Brent Moughler, O.L.A Class of 2018, was recently promoted to Career Technical Training Manager at Ottumwa Job Corps . He will be monitoring and driving performance of the trades division. This includes making sure they have the updated tools and technology needed to train students well He will also be monitoring that students are leaving Job Corps confident and have the proper social skills needed to get and keep their job. “Ottumwa Leadership showed me that my networking skills were lacking in the beginning, where I needed to be, and how to get there,” stated Moughler. “What I learned about community programs, public officials, and other local entities have already helped me in my new role when reaching out for information on projects we are working on. Finally, O.L.A. opened my eyes to my leadership style and how to build a successful team by bringing in the ‘right’ team members. O.L.A. has made a significant impact on my life and career.”
