The Advisory Board recently welcomed two new members: Dr. Jill Budde and Russell Herschleb.
Jill, a graduate from the 2015 Class of Ottumwa Leadership Academy, is the Dean of Career and Workforce Education at Indian Hills Community College.
Russ, a graduate from the 2014 Class of Ottumwa Leadership Academy, is Business Unit Manager at John Deere Ottumwa Works.
