Help us congratulate Carrie Jaeger, Class of 2022 on her new role as the Director of Marketing at Indian Hills Community College.
Carrie will work collaboratively with faculty and staff to promote the college to prospective students, parents, alumni, and community members. She will be responsible for the supervision of staff within the marketing and printing departments and establish and implement the annual marketing plan for Indian Hills Community College.
Additionally, she will approve all marketing pieces to ensure they fit with the college message and meet brand standards along with overseeing the college marketing budget. She will also serve as the liaison between the Marketing Department and GoHills TV. Work collaboratively with GoHills TV to produce material to promote the college and academic programs.
“O.L.A. has played a huge role in my career (and now career change) as it gave me the foundation to build additional connections throughout the community and identify new avenues that I hadn’t thought about for myself,” stated Carrie.
“O.L.A. forced a lot of dialogue around leadership which allowed me to reflect on my own style and develop into the type of person that I want to be for my [new] team and co-workers! This is an awesome organization to be a part of– I tell anyone and everyone to apply/join!”
