Cassie Plowman, O.L.A. Class 2016, was recently promoted to Achieving Excellence Coordinator, which is John Deere’s system for evaluating and rewarding supplier performance. Cassie is in the area of process execution, so she will be doing process mapping and also working on process improvements.
“My team is based out of corporate in Moline, Illinois, but they are allowing me to work remotely from Ottumwa and commute to Moline, once a week,” stated Cassie. “I am excited about this opportunity, as it blends my past experiences within supply management and continuous improvement.”

Cassie has been with John Deere for nearly 6 years and was at Case New Holland for 6 years prior to Deere.
