Lindsay Cale holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University with 11 years of Human Resources experience in the Ottumwa area. Lindsay’s current role as the Human Resources Manager for the Ottumwa Job Corps Center is dynamic and multifaceted. She oversees the talent acquisition process, onboarding new staff, employee engagement, retention, and succession, providing support systems for payroll and benefits, professional development/training, and required department of labor training for all staff, among many other duties.
Cale joined the Ottumwa Leadership Academy for both professional growth and to gain more community understanding. Even as a long-time Ottumwa Resident, Cale is finding benefit in learning more about the community. “Understanding each facet of our community is the key to understanding where you fit in and can help.
